Aluminum CNC Machining Services
Alusat provides CNC machining that turns extruded aluminum profiles and bar stock into finished, inspection-ready components. Multi-axis machining centers and CNC lathes let us hold tight, repeatable tolerances on the features that matter — sealing faces, bores, threads and locating surfaces — in a single, well-controlled setup.

Machining is where extruded profiles become functional parts. By combining in-house CNC capability with our extrusion and fabrication processes, we eliminate hand-offs between suppliers and keep lead times short and results consistent.
Manufacturing Capability
| Process | Capability |
|---|---|
| Milling | 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining of complex geometries on aluminum profiles. |
| Turning | CNC lathes for shafts, bushings and rotational parts. |
| Drilling/Tapping | Precision holes, threads and cross-holes located to drawing. |
| Inspection | In-process checks and final CMM verification against CAD. |
| Finishing | Deburring and preparation for anodizing or powder coating. |

Features Best Produced by Machining
Extrusion is efficient for long, constant cross-sections, but some features must be added afterward:
- Threads and tapped holes for fastening and assembly.
- Precision bores and reamed holes for shafts and bearings.
- Pockets and reliefs for component integration.
- Locating and mating surfaces held to tight tolerances.
- Complex 3D features that extrusion tooling cannot form.
Tolerance Capability
We bring critical features to tight limits through CNC machining and verify them on coordinate measuring machines. Stable processes keep variation low across production runs, so the first article and the ten-thousandth part match.
Quality Control
- In-process checks at setup and during runs.
- Final CMM inspection against the CAD model.
- First-article approval before volume production.
- Traceable documentation with every order.
Industries Served
- Automotive & EV — precision brackets, rails and enclosures.
- Electronics — amplifier chassis, sensor housings and heatsink features.
- Industrial automation — frames, carriages and fixtures.
- LED lighting — housing extrusions with machined mount points.
- Solar energy — inverter housings and frame hardware.
Design for Manufacturability
Our engineering team reviews every drawing for datum scheme, tolerances and feature accessibility, and proposes changes that reduce cost or risk before machining begins. Because tooling, extrusion and finishing are co-located, we iterate quickly when a design changes.
